2. Unbox

Open the top flaps, then tip and pull the mattress out. (Unbox within 14 days of delivery.)

3. Unroll

Lift the mattress onto the bed base and carefully cut open the protective plastic wrap.

4. Layout

Adjust the mattress to lay properly on the base.

5. Enjoy

The mattress expands to its full height in less than a minute. It can be slept on the same day it arrives.

A solid base or foundation helps your Juno mattress perform as intended. Flexible bases can affect firmness and may cause sagging. We recommend the following base types for the best results.

Box Foundation: Sturdy wooden foundations designed for memory foam or latex mattresses.

Platform Bed: Solid, flat, and untreated wood surfaces.

Adjustable Base: Non-medical adjustable frames, motorized or manual.

Slatted Base: Slats must be at least 2″ wide, spaced no more than 3″ apart, and include a centre support for larger sizes.

Incompatible bases:

Metal bed: foundations made with a wire grid or thin metal beams.
Hospital bed: medically provided, adjustable bases.

If your current base doesn't have enough support:

Place a sheet of untreated pegboard or plywood between the mattress and base to increase the surface area of the base.

Shipping is free to the majority of Canadian households. A shipping fee may apply to some remote locations.

Juno’s knit cover can be spot-cleaned whenever needed. We suggest using a very mild fabric cleaner or baking soda.

Getting set up is fast and easy:

With help from a friend or family member, move the box into your bedroom.
Carefully open the cardboard box, place it on its side, and slide out the vacuum-sealed bag.
Set the bag on an approved base and remove the outer plastic wrap.
Unroll the mattress into position. You may need to flip it after unfolding.
Remove the inner plastic wrap and slide it off. The mattress will begin expanding right away.

Allow at least 30 minutes for the mattress to decompress before sleeping on it the first night. Full comfort and support will be reached within up to 24 hours.

Please keep the plastic bag until your 120-night sleep trial is complete. If you choose to return the mattress, it must be placed back in the bag for pickup.

The cardboard box can be recycled immediately.

The 120-night at-home sleep trial is included with the purchase of a Juno Hybrid mattress. From the day your product arrives, you have 120 nights to sleep on it and get familiar with how it feels.

Because adjusting to a new mattress takes time, we encourage customers to fully experience their Juno before making a decision. We ask that you sleep on your mattress for at least 21 nights before initiating a return.

If you choose to return your product, log in to My Order or contact customer care to initiate the return.

We will request a few photos of the product to confirm its condition for our charity partners. Once confirmed, we will schedule a pickup based on your availability. After the pickup is completed, your refund will be issued.

We recommend rotating your mattress every 4–6 months, especially if there is a noticeable weight difference between sleepers.

To rotate your mattress, turn it 180 degrees so the head of the bed becomes the foot of the bed. Regular rotation helps the sleep surface recover from ongoing pressure and body impressions, which can support long-term comfort and durability.

NOTE: Because of the way our mattress layers are designed, the mattress should only be rotated and should never be flipped.

You can use your existing base as long as it is sturdy, supportive, and allows airflow.

Sturdy If your base is older or feels unstable, you may need to add extra support, such as a centre beam along the middle of the bed frame.

If your previous mattress showed signs of sagging, your support system may be worn. Inspect the base for weak spots or indentations that could transfer through to your new mattress.

Supportive Wire grid bases and coiled box springs do not provide enough surface area to properly support our mattresses. Bowing, flexing, or indentations in the base can transfer through the mattress and cause it to feel softer or uneven.

If your base does not provide enough support or surface area, many customers place a sheet of untreated pegboard or plywood between the mattress and base to improve support and overall feel.

NOTE: wire grids can cut into the foam and damage it. Using a wire grid support system without additional modifications to spread pressure more evenly across the surface area will void your warranty.

Allows airflow The base must allow for some airflow to the mattress. Laminated, varnished, or otherwise treated surfaces do not allow for this airflow. A base with poor airflow can cause mold and mildew growth.
