Open the top flaps, then tip and pull the mattress out. (Unbox within 14 days of delivery.)

3. Unroll

Lift the mattress onto the bed base and carefully cut open the protective plastic wrap.

4. Layout

Adjust the mattress to lay properly on the base.

A solid base or foundation helps your Logan & Cove mattress perform as intended. Flexible bases can affect firmness and may cause sagging. We recommend the following base types for the best results.

Box Foundation: Sturdy wooden foundations designed for memory foam or latex mattresses.

Platform Bed: Solid, flat, and untreated wood surfaces.

Adjustable Base: Non-medical adjustable frames, motorized or manual.

Slatted Base: Slats must be at least 2″ wide, spaced no more than 3″ apart, and include a centre support for larger sizes.

Incompatible bases:

Metal bed: foundations made with a wire grid or thin metal beams.
Hospital bed: medically provided, adjustable bases.

If your current base doesn't have enough support:

Place a sheet of untreated pegboard or plywood between the mattress and base to increase the surface area of the base.

Shipping is free to the majority of Canadian households. There may be a shipping fee to some remote locations.

Every Logan & Cove mattress is protected by a 15-year warranty and a complete satisfaction guarantee.

Every Logan & Cove mattress is proudly made in Canada, and uses Canadian foams that are durability tested and certified by CertiPUR-US®.

The top cover on Logan & Cove mattresses is not removable and can only be spot-cleaned. We suggest using a very mild fabric cleaner or baking soda with a damp cloth.

To avoid the risk of spills, stains, and other unwanted surprises damaging your mattress, be sure to install the waterproof mattress protector included in the Comfort Sleep Bundle – free with every Logan & Cove mattress purchase.

The 365-night home sleep trial is your satisfaction guarantee that comes with the purchase of your Logan & Cove mattress. Starting the day your new mattress arrives, you’ll have 365 nights to sleep on it and get to know it (Logan & Cove mattresses purchased before June 1st, 2023, have a 120-Night Sleep Trial.)

It does take time to get used to a new sleep surface, and we want to make sure you fully experience your product before making a final decision. We ask that customers sleep on their mattress for a minimum of 21 nights before initiating a return.

If you choose to return your product, log in to My Order or contact customer care to initiate the return. We'll need a few images of the mattress to confirm its condition for our charity partners, and then we'll schedule pickup based on your availability. Once the pickup is confirmed, your refund will be issued.

Our mattresses should be rotated every 4–6 months, especially if there is a significant weight difference between the people who use the bed.

To rotate a mattress, turn the mattress 180 degrees (making the head of the bed the foot of the bed). Rotating a mattress allows the surface to recover from prolonged body indentations. This will help the longevity of the mattress.

NOTE: Due to the ordering of the layers of our mattresses, they should ONLY be rotated and never flipped.
