Open the top flaps, then tip and pull the mattress out. (Unbox within 14 days of delivery.)

3. Unroll

Lift the mattress onto the bed base and carefully cut open the protective plastic wrap.

4. Layout

Adjust the mattress to lay properly on the base.

To ensure optimal comfort and durability, use a proper foundation for your Octave memory foam mattress. Unsupported or flexible bases can lead to sagging and reduced performance. Recommended options include:

Box Foundation: Sturdy wooden foundations designed for memory foam or latex mattresses.
Platform Bed: Solid, flat, and untreated wood surfaces.
Adjustable Base: Non-medical adjustable frames, motorized or manual.
Slatted Base: Slats must be at least 2″ wide, spaced no more than 3″ apart, and include a centre support for larger sizes.

After getting manufactured and shipped, the Octave mattress will arrive at your home within 1–6 business days.

Here's how to clean the Octave mattress cover:

Remove the top cover using the easy-access 360° zipper.
Wash separately on a gentle cycle in cold water.
Hang to dry or tumble dry on low heat.
Do not bleach, iron, or dry clean.

Other Care Notes:

Unbox the mattress within two weeks of delivery.
Rotate the mattress every 4–6 months.
DO NOT stand or jump on the mattress, or store the mattress on its side for long periods of time.

Fabric: Independently tested for harmful substances according to STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® (SH025 194423) oeko-tex.com/standard100.

Foams: CertiPUR-US® certified to rigorous standards for emissions, content, performance, and durability.

Setup is fast and easy:

Carry the box with a friend or family member to your bedroom.
Carefully cut open the cardboard box, lay it sideways, and slide out the vacuum-packed bag.
Place the bag on an approved base and cut away the outer plastic wrap.
Unroll the flattened mattress to its resting position (you may need to flip the mattress).
Cut away the inner plastic wrap and slide it off. The mattress will begin to decompress.

Leave at least 30 minutes for the mattress to decompress before sleeping on it for the first night; its full, intended comfort will be reached after 24 hours.

Keep the plastic bag until your 365-night sleep trial is complete. If you decide to return the mattress, it will need to be placed back in the bag for return pickup.

The cardboard box can be recycled immediately.

The 365-night home sleep trial is your satisfaction guarantee that comes with the purchase of your mattress or select sleep product. Starting the day your new product arrives, you’ll have 365 nights to sleep on it and get to know it.

It does take time to get used to a new sleep surface, and we want to make sure you fully experience your product before making a final decision. We ask that customers sleep on their mattress for a minimum of 21 nights before initiating a return.

If you choose to return your product, visit My Order or contact customer service to initiate the return. We'll need a few images of the mattress to confirm its condition for our charity partners, and then we'll schedule pickup based on your availability. Once the pickup is confirmed, your refund will be issued.

Our mattresses should be rotated every 4–6 months, especially if there is a significant weight difference between the people who use the bed.

To rotate a mattress, turn the mattress 180 degrees (making the head of the bed the foot of the bed). Rotating a mattress allows the surface to recover from prolonged body indentations. This will help the longevity of the mattress.

NOTE: Due to the ordering of the layers of our mattresses, they should ONLY be rotated and never flipped.
