Do "Final Sale" items get a sleep trial?
No. Final sale or clearance items do not qualify for a sleep trial and are outlined clearly in the promotional Terms & Conditions.
Are returns free?
Yes. Returns are free within the sleep trial period. There are no return shipping fees, no restocking fees, and no penalties of any kind.
How do I start a return?
Just sign in to My Order or contact Customer Service with your order number. We’ll schedule a free pickup and guide you through next steps.
Do I need to keep the box?
No box required. We’ll pick up your mattress or accessory in its expanded form. If possible, please keep the original plastic packaging to help protect it during return transport.
Where do returned products go?
Returned mattresses and accessories are never resold. Whenever possible, we partner with local charities across Canada to donate returned products. If donation isn’t available in your region, we work with recycling partners to ensure responsible disposal.
When will I get my refund?
Your refund is issued within 48 business hours of pickup and returned to your original payment method. Processing time varies by bank but typically appears within 2–5 business days.
