Which Products Qualify for a Sleep Trial?

Every mattress comes with a worry-free at-home sleep trial. Your trial begins the day your order is delivered.

How to Return Your Product

If you’re not completely satisfied, returning your mattress or accessory is simple.

Here’s how it works:

  • 1. Check the condition. Make sure your product is clean and free of stains or damage.
  • 2. Submit your return request. Visit My Order or contact us with your order number.
  • 3. We’ll arrange pickup. Once confirmed, we’ll schedule a pickup with one of our local partners.
  • 4. Prepare your item. Wrap your mattress in plastic and place it near your door or at ground level for easy collection.

NOTE: You may initiate the return process as early as 21 days after delivery. Each household is eligible for one sleep trial across all GoodMorning mattress brands. Returns are free, and refunds are issued once your product has been picked up. Refunds are always processed to the original payment method.

Refunds and Processing

We’ll start your refund within 2 business days of pickup. Depending on your bank, it may take 2–5 additional business days to appear in your account.

All eligible returns receive a full refund to the original payment method – no restocking fees, no surprises.

Yes. Returns are always free for products covered by a sleep trial. There are no shipping or restocking fees.

We don’t offer direct exchanges, but you can return your mattress for a full refund during your trial, then place a new order for the model you’d prefer.

Mattresses can be returned anytime between nights 21 and 365 of your sleep trial. Accessories can be returned between nights 21 and 120. Unopened items, including mattresses, can be returned within the first 14 days after delivery.

No. We’ll pick up your mattress in its fully expanded state. Just keep the original plastic cover to protect it during pickup.

We’ll arrange for pickup through our network of local movers, charities, and recycling partners. The mattress must be on the ground level or near your door for collection.

Returned mattresses are donated to local charities whenever possible. If donation isn’t available, we’ll coordinate with a recycling partner instead.

Contest or giveaway mattresses can be returned within the trial period, but no monetary refund or exchange will be issued.

Contact us with your order number as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.
