In the case of any spills, stains, or dirt, simply remove the cover and wipe the foam with a damp cloth.
The cover can be cleaned in the washing machine once it is removed from the pillow. Simply zip the cover closed and wash in cold water on a gentle cycle and hang or tumble dry on low.
