Can I order mattresses over time instead of all at once?
Yes. If you expect to order more over time, let us know. We can factor expected volume into your quote instead of requiring one large order upfront.
Do commercial orders qualify for the sleep trial?
Orders placed through the commercial sales team are final sale and do not qualify for the sleep trial. If you would like to test a mattress before placing a larger order, we can process a single test order first. If it is not the right fit, return it for a full refund. If it works for your needs, we can apply the value of that test product toward your bulk order.

Yes. Products purchased for commercial use are still serviceable under the warranty terms listed on our websites.
